Anyone restore their Xbox to factory settings to fix crashes?
I was told the only way to hopefully fix my NBA which I literally cannot play other than quickgame was to restore my Xbox to factory settings. Has anybody done this? What do I have to know about doing this? I know I'll have to reinstall all my games, but I can definitely recover my gamertag and stuff right? There won't be anything lost other than the sava data on the games? Would really rather not do this but 2k screwed me and I may have no choice.Tags: None -

Yes, I've done this multiple times trying to fix the crashes with this game. After you do the restore, like you said you have to reinstall all your games. Then when you go to play each game, you'll get prompted to sync your data. What I eventually ended up doing was canceling the 2K sync. Then I of course had to restart my career. However since I've done this I have not had any crashes with MyCareer... And it's been about three weeks since I did this. I don't go online to play the game so I don't know how that's effected by me not synching the data.
Each time I boot up 2K it asks me to synch and each time I say no... too scared my save will get corrupted on their servers again. -

This is not a solution 2K for us xbox one peeps, why should we have to reinstall all of our games just to play yours. It has been two weeks and I literately cannot play anything but quick game .What a waste of money for the MYGM and My Player modes.Comment

Did you lose all your VC for not syncing the files? I would do this if I get my VC back. I have over 40,000Yes, I've done this multiple times trying to fix the crashes with this game. I don't wanna be Jordan, I don't wanna be Bird or Isiah, I don't wanna be any of those guys.
I want to look in the mirror and say I did it my way.
