Doing a total rebuild, who would you draft?

    Hey all,

I'm doing a total rebuild with the Chargers, and I'm importing the 2014 draft class from NCAA for the first year (only importing this year, not again after this). So I'm a little torn, who would you guys pick and build your team around? I'm running a balanced offense and an attacking 3-4 defense.

I have the first pick, so I have plenty of options.
    The top prospects are:
    QB Johnny Manziel
    QB Teddy Bridgewater
    RE Jadeveon Clowney
    LT Jake Matthews

I'm really torn. Matthews would help stabilize my line. I'd switch Clowney to OLB so he'd be a total stud. But Manziel and Bridgewater are very good too!

So who would you guys take in my situation?

I tend to lean with the guys with the biggest upside. Who has the best raw physical tools that you can develop by maximizing the technical skills? No doubt that Manziel and Clowney fit that mold. Both have great physical tools but have room to grow. We see it every year - taking players with physical talent that can be coached into great all-around players. Some make it (Calvin Johnson), some are still questionable (CJ2K), and some don't (Ahmad Carroll).

Get Clowney it's hard to get OLB's for an attacking 3-4 255 pounds+ that have 90+Acceleration. Its easy to develop QB's.
