Players losing their headbands in MY GM mode?

So I am about twenty games into my gm with the bulls and I noticed players are not wearing their headbands. First Carmelo and now LeBron are missing their headbands and I can't edit them. It's really one of those little things that's bugging me. Has this happened to any of you or does anyone have any possible solutions?

Same for me. Melo lost his headband around the 20 game mark for me as well. It is kind of odd but I'll get over it if we can't fix it. The thing that gets me is that I keep on getting Kenyon martin and melo confused since Martin still has his headband on and I'm used to seeing melo with one as well.

I was playing my Bulls MyGM and we played the Heat and LeBron had suddenly lost his headband. I immediately tried to edit him to add it back in only to find that 2k took out the ability to edit a players headband.

Strange that this all happens at around the same time in the season.

Yeah it's just really odd seeing Melo and LeBron without their headbands. I'm thinking of just having fun with it and betting on who will be next.

This happens in My Career too. Melo and Lebron both lost their handbands. This happens after theres a news story about one of these guys on NBA.com because it takes off their headband since they're wearing a suit.

Ahhh ok glad it wasn't just me and that makes sense since I looked back and they both lost their headbands after stories popped up about them wanting to test free agency.

This happens in My Career too. Melo and Lebron both lost their handbands. This happens after theres a news story about one of these guys on NBA.com because it takes off their headband since they're wearing a suit.

Wow that makes perfect sense. That's when it happened for me too. Such a dumb little glitch

it only happens I'm assuming when they appear on the front page and are in a suit without a headband on.

What's interesting though is, the whole no headbands on the front page changed recently, because I have a picture from a few weeks back of a Free Agent Stephen Jackson being signed and he was in his suit with a headband on.

i think this happens to players who declare for free agency and it shows up on NBA.com

Anybody got a fix for this? I'm sick of seeing Melo and Pierce without their headbands. They look like different people.
