Post in the bugs and glitches thread and file a ticket with 2K, and tell 2K Support on Twitter. Afraid starting a thread here won't do anything since there is no workaround for this and there are no 2K support people hanging out here.

Count me among the many who have lost all of the MyGM upgrades I'd purchased. Some where around 20,000 (earned, there's no way I'm buying that ****), which to me is worse than just spending a couple of bucks. I've lost time that I cannot get back now.

Add me to the list as well. Such a piss poor situation. I've posted about it in the servers down thread and the other "tell us what your seeing" thread. I have not and would not buy VC either, but Im just pissed that all that time I spent is gone. I better get it back somehow..easily upwards of 50,000 VC.Comment
