Should we sue 2k sports????
Just saying im really upset that we can not have online leagues. Heck we pay $60 for a game that we cannot enjoy with the servers being down. Plus I dont know what is up with the online records but im like 28-13 andIwas playing a guy online and he said it showed my record as 8-9. Come on 2k fix this stuff or EA will rise to number one.Tags: None -

Re: Should we sue 2k sports????
What they've done in 2k14 is cowardly in my opinion. They patched in DRM...and as a result they have turned quite a few copies of the game into paper weights.
With that said, they're a massive company. They can afford the best legal defense. You might have a valid justification. but it could end up being more of a hassle than it's worth. It is a $60 game after all..
If you're really unhappy with it, I would honestly just advise you to sell the game and stop buying NBA 2k games in the future unless they realize the error of their ways. They've definitely lost a lot of fans in the last couple weeks.Comment

You have grounds for a class action suit. Sure, your $60 game isn't worth it, but let's multiply that 60 by the total number of people that purchased the game. Its a legit class action suit.Comment

Re: Should we sue 2k sports????
Yea but u gonna have to do a petition and get alot of people to sign it. Its a long stretch. The only way to get 2ks attention is to record videos of people breaking their copies of 2k or burning them and not purchasing 2k15. If we can come together and do that i can promise u all nba 2k16 will be the best game ever made!!!!Comment

Re: Should we sue 2k sports????
I think lot of people are really frustrated with 2K's handling on this game and it's problems since launch. They were happy to accept all of the praise when it first came out but are a lot more silent when it comes to actually letting us know how they will fix the game.
Personally I have had my xbox one digital copy since launch and played it non stop for the first few weeks until the problems after the patch and then BAM,cant play my gm,cant play My Player just constantly goes back to main menu. Since I have a digital copy I basically have a broken game I cannot use.
Ball is in your court 2K,lets hope there is competition next year and I know where my money will be going then.Comment

Re: Should we sue 2k sports????
A class action lawsuit is a good idea, but the question is will enough people sign up, whoever said 2k took all the praise for how well the gameplay is, but they don't take criticism well is right on the money
As I have said ea sports came out and admitted we gave you a bad product but we will fix it, which by all indications seem to be happening while 2k claims they are "working" to fix issues, if this keeps up and NBA live does improve 2k is gonna have to pull their heads out of their collective butts otherwise they won't be kings of the court later this yearComment

Re: Should we sue 2k sports????
Go ahead, why not, it's America after all. That's all we do in this country is b*tch and moan. Sell it for $40 on Ebay and consider the $20 you lost a rental fee. Then, stop complaining. Then, you can spend more time with your family and friends and do something useful. All this complaining is really starting to get to me.Comment
