Coach D'Antoni on going small : "We needed to try something...4 losses to start the season isn't what we planed on and going small worked...we're going to start the next game with the same lineup, which means Pau will be coming off the bench..he's going to have to accept the role or he won't play".

Coach D'Antoni on Kobe taking a season high 35 shots : " I'm not too concerned, the shots are coming within the offense....If he was forcing shots I would have a problem but He is being aggressive...10 free throws tonight and kept James on the bench with foul trouble."
