How do you intentionally foul someone in the game? The control layout in settings doesn't say (at least I didn't see anything).

Modifier button and square (steal). So on PS4 it'd be L1 and Square.

press the regular select button. on x1 it's the one with two squares. don't know on ps4

For the "timeout" question above , if you are on XBOX One, you just say "Call Timeout", and it is done. I would assume that the voice command works on PS4 too, but I don't have one yet. Its the command I've been using the most.

do you press it totally in or do you just need to braze the top of it? I press the touch pad and it still goes into the pause screen. Not a big deal, just an extra press...Also, can you choose between full and 20 sec timeouts?

Can't vary the 20 and full that I've found. But I press it near the left top corner. It'll go into the pause screen if your player isn't in a position to call timeout. If you're taking the ball out after a score, you have to wait until your guy gets to the baseline and ready to inbound the ball before you can press it. Weird, I know.
