Why....I'll give you some answers that are in the heads of 2k but will not say it in public:

    1. Because we dont know how to fix their issues!

    2. We have your money...that's the most important thing for us!

    3. Don't worry...people have short memory.... many would still buy 2k15!

    4. HAHAHAAHA.....Live sucks so comparing to that product ours is still the only bb game out there!

    5. WE GIVE YOU FREE VC....WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT PEOPLE!!!???

They said the same thing with you?
Why your request and refund was so fast?
      lol
Lol I had help, my wife talked to them because I was too mad to be civil. She is very persuasive in a nice way. They said the same thing to me however I got the rejection next day, called and got the acceptance next day after that, the customer service guy said that sometimes it is how the person who takes the complaint puts it in the system. If you call just make sure you are super nice and go through the tests they want you to do.

You bet! Ronnie said that the get-down-the-lead-to-5 pts in MC will be addressed in patch #3...and its still there. That gives us the idea that Ronnie is not getting info from programmers...or the programmers are not upfront with their marketing guys. Nevertheless, they LIED.

Anyhow....you're talking about damage control mode...thats why their giving free VC left and right

Not necessary to go through the troubleshooting. Just ask to speak to a manager. They are VERY aware of 2k issues; the call center people aren't. Just got a refund back to my credit card. Also just started a how-to thread on what I did, just to help those like me who DDL the game.

Agreed man, but they don't need damage control, they need to get away from this online crap first of all. Im of the same mind as Vdeusen... its just not wise, and two, they need to focus on fun NBA modes and not all of this fantasy crap.

If they aren't going to give servers to some outside party then drop it. No sign is better than a bad sign. I don't even play the stuff but if I did i'd be mad too if I couldn't use it

What bothers me the most is what i've been saying about online for years and this is it... it affects how they treat the SP experience in games and im sorry but the priorities are backwards.

2K aint gonna get nothing right for 2K15, servers still broken? Glitches, bugs, basic features missing? Man, I pray for another company to make a bball game, EA sucks and 2K is just too cocky and dont care...
I concur! Somebody please. I hate the scriptedness, the ****ty online lag. This game is everything but organic. Every game its the same ol, same ol. How can these 2k cats sleep at night? I'm asking everyone in this forum right now to not give in come this October and hold out. Research any changes made to 2k15 prior to buying it. Of course there is going to be some that go out and preorder it and buy it. Let's hear their opinions of the game first. If the game sounds satisfactory then go spend your hard earned, otherwise don't get it. We have to send a message to 2k and companies like them. We the consumers have the power. Without our dime, these greedy companies wouldn't exist. Hold 2k accountable for their half-*** product. Let your money speak for you. Ok, that is all.

2k's latest press release, The servers are fixed, but it will cost you 500 VC every time you wish to connect. You will also be disconnected after every game, and need to reconnect for 500 VC to play again.

It's amazing how far 2k seems to have fallen, for practically a decade lots of nfl fans wanted 2k to make a football game, and now 2k is messing up what lead they had as a sports game developer while Madden is starting to head in the right direction. Seems like it started happening a lot within the time Live disappeared too.

This is exactly what I was thinking Lol ...It's like the financial gain overshadowed the progress of the game and the concerns of the consumer (Were looking at you VC!).

Remember back when 2K first started? When they were a smaller company battling the likes of the other company...the industry giant? Back when it felt like they were in it for the satisfaction of making a great basketball game. It was their passion. They continued to improve on the little things until they eventually surpassed them. I miss those days. Now it seems like there's a more important priority. That money is a monster man.
