can I play an offline ccm with updated week 16 rosters?

It says I have the latest roster update but when I start a new ccm. I look into the depth chart and the ratings are all messed up. Also guys like Mayo, Volmer, Gronk, Big Chocolate Daddy who are injured in real life don't show up as injured when I start a new ccm. Yes I do have pre existing injuries set to on. What am I doing wrong?

The ratings will be different due to cfm going by scheme so all players will have different overalls on how they fit that scheme.

As far as nobody on IR thats been a bug in 25 since it was first release and ea never fixed.

I hate the fact EA did not address the I.R. roster glitch...not to mention the captains patches for gen draft classes... and yet we're still pending the week 17, 18 roster update....
