the odd thing about this post is that some people are having this experience and some arent. with the exception of the cpu not calling timeouts and the offensive rebounds generally leading to a dunk (attempt) i havent seen anything youre describing. if i try and predict what the cpu is going to do based on a play theyre running (like having a guy waiting for curry off the screen where he would end up) they just stop and instead hit the open shot because that means i left him unattended.
if i get doubled in the post they generally rotate no matter who i put outside so that i dont have an easy open three. sometimes they dont and i do get the open look but no often.
i played a game two days ago where i had a 10 point lead with about two minutes left and the cpu was pushing the tempo a lot more than earlier in the game. ive also had games where the cpu had the lead and slowed it down at the end even while i was trying to push.
i dont see many fast breaks but the few i do see are generally run correctly. the defense runs back to defend the paint. depending on who is running the break on offense they either break outside for the open three or split the lane to the basket.

I don't keep tabs on Byron, good to know. I just shook my head.
