I've avoided this franchise so far over the years and still never became convinced to try despite their valid effort. However the need to try IL is finally boiling over, and i just found out about NASCAR 14 today which makes me inline for a purchase. But unfortunately this all is sounding more like a commercial moneygrab type of project thus far. I expect to be woo'ed about advancements they made providing a very detailed NASCAR racing experience all month until the game is released but I dont get the feeling they even are going that direction.

I would strongly advise you to taper your expectations. It has good potential but this game is like the Chicago Cubs of driving games. Never quite hits it's potential because of the numerous gameplay bugs and/or curse. LOL @bluengold34_OS

I'm hoping they haven't emphasized advancement this time around simply because they're focusing on a good core product.

Not saying I'm optimistic, but more curious than anything.

I'm looking for an alternative for Nascar 13/14 since they are not available for European xbox gamer.
I'm thinking of NASCAR 09 (EA). Fairly recent (this area) and good availability.

Any of you guys recommending me this or there is some other game that I've missed out on?

Hope the pc version is moddable ala Season 2003.

I'm still hanging onto that game, but admittedly it's getting tired. I like this game's fresh approach.

Not a lot of information about this game. I read it was completed prior to the end of the the 2013 season. Really want to to know if they will have Kurt and Kevin Stewart Haas cars in the game and will Austin Dillon be driving the #3 for Childress.

Yes.

My first question would be around the new chase format.

Will it be included or will it be added at a later date ??

My second question would be about paint.

Can we download user paints and add them to the lineup on track ?....for example someone makes a bud car and we add it into the game so it shows up on the 29 car or what ever number it is this year .

I know it's kinda a open question but can you ask about car physics. More importantly if I get clipped in rear quarter panel will I spin or does it auto correct itself like a tank.

How is damage model?

And lastly can we import images for car sponsors?

Can you ask if the xbox360 version will be region free. If so, then where to buy the game since European stores only sell PS3 and PC versions.
