Will They Even Include Sounds of The Show For PS4?

I know there is a board for Sounds of the Show but there hasn't been a response there in over a month.

With no way for us to import our music STILL thanks to no external HDD support (Still waiting on that Sony but keep introducing other lame features to make you money) will they still include Sounds of the Show on the PS4 version?

May have to stick with the PS3 version one more year

It's the point they are announcing new features previously unannounced (Playstation Now), while they have said they are looking at addressing the external HDD issue since people went up in arms at the FAQ before the PS4 was even released. You can't tell me that addressing this issue is not on the backburner compared to other ideas that can garner them more revenue

I don't believe SD is going to release any info on any system of 14 the show. A fan will leak something and that'll be about any more info we get. one day will all walk into electronics store of some kind and there it'll be sitting in the shelf

PlayStation Now has clearly been in development for much much longer than that FAQ you reference had come out. Something like that doesn't just pop up out of nowhere.

Plus they did announce it way back last February at the reveal event when they talked about Gaikai (or however it is spelled) integration. That is PlayStation Now...it simply didn't have a name at that time.


As for the ability to add mp3s and whatnot, I think it'll be there eventually. Again it's not as simple as just hitting a button and adding it in. It'll be there soon enough. I hope it'll be there in time for sounds of the show or that sounds of the show will be in with the knowledge that we'll have the ability to use it soon.

If not though it's not that big of a deal. A slight disappointment, but one that I could live with.

I'm really hoping this issue is fixed sooner than later, too. Sounds of the Show bring a great element to the game and the stadium presentation with the realistic batter walkup songs.

Yeah, would be a big disapointment to lose this feature. I spent hours making sounds back a couple years ago (dmrich28) for the game which got downloaded over 1200 times.
It seems like it's not a huge deal to include on the new version, but I'm sure down the road they will try again.
