I did once, was like 5-7 years in a GM mode, he was a DFD and went on to be a 99 Overall after 2-3 years. Oh and he was like 77 OVR once i drafted him. Although, this was in NHL13, haven't had the same luck in NHL14, 4 1/2 Green's the best i've had so far .

In NHL 13, I drafted a 5 green star potential in Year 8. After the draft he was 83 overall. The year after that he was 97 overall.
Haven't had the luck yet in NHL 14, though.

I am in season 12. I have never seen a 5 star green. Closest i got is 4.5 green goalie. I wish there were more franchise players in the draft. I don't see many prospects getting beyond 90 overall.

5 star yellow goalie has been the only time I've seen the 5 stars.

I once got a 5 star green goalie. He was like 70 OVR after the draft and I think capped out at 94 OVR, I have to admit, I was kind of disappointed.

I just drafted a 4.5 green Offensive defender. 85 overall right now in his second year. Drafted him he was only a 68. He has 5 stars in shooting skating and handling. He is a beast. 6 ft 4in named Robinson Anderson.

I'm in my second season of Be A GM and there is a prospect I've scouted that shows 5 green stars. It's not McDavid (he's 4 green), it's Nikita Korostelev). The playoffs just started so after the draft I'll update this to let you know if he actually turns out to be 5 green stars.

Just traded for a 20 year old D-man named Chris Bouma and he is an 89 overall with 5 green stars. Got him for Alex Pieterangelo and 70 overall, 19 year old D-man with 4 green stars.

I've seen 5 Green Star prospects but best I've ever gotten is a 5 Gold Star goalie, topped out at 93 OVR during my play through as Quebec.

I should probably also mention that he won 4 straight Vezinas.

I Drafted Connor Mcdavid who was 5 stars. He ended up being 98 overall. I've also seen a few 5 green star goalies but they end up being around 95 overall.

I did the draft and McDavid and Korostelev ended up being 4.5 green. In the 2014 draft a goalie named Kozon (not sure of spelling) went first overall and he was 5 green.

In a Detroit Be a GM New Jersey drafted an OFD names Jesus Curtis 1st overall and he was a 88 in his first season. I traded for him(unrealistic I know, but I wanted to see how good he was) and he was great.

Could skate, had a great shot, solid defensively and could hit. Lead the league in points as a defenceman and had the highest +/- in the 2 seasons I played. He was a 93 the second year and I did not finish to see how high he went.
