Yes it does

The way I know is my center's brick wall works on the park when defenders fall when I set a pick.

Everyone has Lockdown Defender. So buying skills or worthless. Upgrade your attributes

Not everyone has that. I have an athletic SF and my cap won't allow me to buy lockdown defender.

Not true...most people use athletic/scoring SF's and their on ball def only goes to an 85 thus meaning they can't get the sig skill.

I know my 92 max pass and level 3 Ooper sig skill never seems to work in the park. Wide open fast breaks and my guy will 9/10 overthrow the dunker or the dunker will mishandle the ball. Makes me so mad. Anyone else have this problem?

that's not your fault, in order for players to catch an alley oop on the park they have to catch one in game.

That's not a problem on your side. Sorry you wasted VC on that. For players to be able to catch an oop they have to throw a self alley oop in an actual mycareer game.
