So after all the information I have read so far, the only question I have still is whether or not jersey's will be loose fitting like in real life lol. Hoping this was added because it really adds to the feel of it rather than the player models being one solid mass.

Can't wait for the extended list on Monday!

A simple slider would go a long ways IMO

I really hope they identified the freeze bug in 13's Franchise Mode and fixed it.

This topic deserves a stickied thread of its own. I want a replay of Game One 1988 World Series.

What would REALLY be cool is having the ability to recreate Game 3 of the 1989 World Series!

A few changes off the top of my head that I have wanted for years:

Toning down Progression and Regression
More roster options (Non-roster invites for spring training, rehab assignments ...etc)
Having stats on the back of player cards for their career, not just the last 3 seasons
Improved FA system (There are no negotiations, just a contract screen)
Incentive based contracts
Being able to negotiate a new contract with one of your young players in-season (Also maybe include agents?)
Trade Finder like 2K and Madden
Create a Stadium, and Team (Like in All-Star Baseball)
Ability to hire, fire GMs (Also have different personalities for them)

Nice list. And all things I'm sure they consider every year. But to say mlb 11 franchise is the same as mlb 12 and 12 is the same as 13 is wrong. They didn't make all the changes you wanted. They aren't foreign concepts though. It's not like they are keeping them from you because they're bad ideas either or to spite the fans. They progress and program things and set priorities. Your priorities just aren't lining up with theirs yet. I guarantee they want to bring in some of those suggestions, as they've been mentioned by others for years. Doesn't mean nothing has ever changed. You just make it sound so dramatic.

I'm 5 seasons into one....three into another....and two into a third one and haven't had one freeze.

I have nothing bad to say about The Show but I just don't think we will be getting much on the Franchise side this year.

I wish, but based on the pictures released so far, it doesn't seem like it.

Hopefully they were still a work in progress or something.

I really won't be upset if not. It would be a nice touch, but with all the other added bonuses I doubt I will even notice once I start playing. I am just ready to see the PS4 version in motion.

I won't rule it out, yet. They are still a few months from release and we haven't seen anything in action yet. Maybe it will be mentioned on the full feature list.

I think you are already setting yourself up for failure here. You're saying that they "better have" retractable roofs, more accessories, certain jersey physics, etc... If you set yourself up for having "50" points on the fact sheet and setting the bar so high, there is no way that SCEA will please you.

I didn't say "better have" i said "here's to hoping"

Also there will never be failure because i'm going to get this game on release day and play for multiple hours every day for months.

If those things aren't in the game, it'll be a let down, but i'm definitely still going to enjoy the game.

The only reason i'm upset is because i automatically assumed the jerseys would look better on the ps4.
