NBA 2k11: still the best soundtrack in a 2K game?

2k11's soundtrack is awesome. Was playing the Jordan Challenge earlier today, game still holds up great. The soundtrack was full of cool unknown indie songs, unlike the mainstream BS LeBron and Jay-Z put on the last two games.

First time around 2k13 I couldn't stand the JayZ production. I kinda like it now. 14 is pretty good too more mainstream contemporary pop stuff like Phil Collins creeping in.

you have some crappy music taste if you don't like Kendrick Lamar, Kanye, The Black Keys, Drake, Eminem, or John Legend. Get over yourself.

I love Kendrick Lamar and Kanye and John Legend. However I hate the songs by those artists on the soundtrack

Music is all preferential. For me I like every soundtrack since 2K10 except 2K12 made my ears bleed. I don't remember the soundtracks before 10. I think 10 and 11 were my favorites but 13 and 14 have had some real good classics.

Just about every 2k put me on to a artist that I still enjoy...

NBA 2k9- The Cool Kids
NBA 2K10 -MGMT
NBA 2K11- Hogni
NBA 2K12- Cyhi Da Prince
NBA 2K13- No new artists, but I love "Blow The Whistle" by Too Short...it's so West Coast, lol
