    Season Ticket Holder Discussion!

If you own season tickets for ANY level of professional baseball, post what team, how long you've had them, general location in the ball park, how you use them, how often you use them, and other cool information about your seat(s).

    I'll start.

I'm a first year owner of Myrtle Beach Pelicans season tickets in Myrtle Beach, SC. They're the single-A advanced team for the Texas Rangers. I sit directly behind home plate. I plan on trying to go to every game after work, and taking my girlfriend to some games, who also is a big Pelicans fan. I'm the youngest season ticket holder for the team, possibly in Pelicans history as I'm still in my 20's.
Check out my three critically acclaimed dynasties in the Dynasty HQ section:

Run For The Playoffs - A Louisville Bats AAA dynasty

Gimmie A Hell! Gimmie A Yeah! - This is Blue Mountain State Football.

Single-A Baseball on The Show? Un-Flocking-Believable! - Go Myrtle Beach Pelicans!

    Re: Season Ticket Holder Discussion!

I'm a partial season ticket holder for the Phillies. A Phillies partial season plan consists of 17 games. I also always buy a 6 pack plan too to get games with promotions/giveaways I might not have had in my 17 game plan. I also purchase Opening Day separately too. All-in-all I usually have tickets for roughly 25-30 games a year.

I've been going to Phillies games since 2006, but I didn't become a season ticket holder until the 2009 season. I recently changed my seats in my season plan to the lower level on the third base side. I'm in section 136 and 15 rows up from the field. Going to be great seats.

Awesome, thanks for sharing. I, too did the whole "mini-plan" type deal with the Pelicans in Myrtle Beach last year, simply b/c I was working evenings and couldn't make it to all the games. The mini-plans work great because they add a little more flexibility, don't cost as much, and you can still say you're a season ticket holder!

I've owned half season tickets at the Ballpark in Arlington since 2011. Im in the upper deck nearly right behind home plate and I rarely miss a game. Since the Rangers let you bring in your own food, it makes the games relatively cheep entertainment, and being a season ticket owner gives you perks like discount merchandise and the first option for guaranteed playoff tickets.

Season ticket holder for the Athletics for the second season. Last year I had the full season but was only to get about 45 games. I got the weekend package this year, easier to make the hour trip to O.co. I'm in sec. 114, upper part of the lower bowl on 1st base side.

My dad, brother and I are thinking about splitting a 2 ticket 24 game plan for the A's this year. It be the first ticket package I've been a part of. It's always been single game tix for me. Getting my bro to commit is like pulling teeth though. In fairness, out of the 3 of us he does live the furthest away from Oakland (2. 5 hours) and doesn't drive to boot.

Roger Clemmons son is the catcher and Clemmons pitched last year for the Skeeters for 10 games. We also have Tracy McGrady trying out for the team. He can throw 90mph. Im sure after the first pitch he will be on the DL

Not exactly full seasons since there's no perks due to the price point, but my cousin and I have had a pair of Blue Jays season passes since 2004.

Some of the smaller details have changed over the years, but for this year you get a set seat (I'm up in 532, which is upper level on the 3rd base side, and also where my parents used to have seasons when the Jays were good), and its for every game but opening day. Costs $95, which has to be the best deal in MLB...

                          Wow! What a deal.

Was that part of a special deal in 2004 were it was like a $1 a game. Do they still offer it to the general public? Or is offered only to people who were part of the 2004 deal? I've heard rumours of this but you're the first confirmation. I'm very curious.

I bought a 15-game flex pack pair for $240 which is still a great deal. We're in section like 524 behind home plate on the upper deck. But your deal is the tops.

I am a Durham Bulls season ticket holder. The games are very fun, and the Rays always have good young talent coming through. My finacee feel in love with Wil Myers last year.

Yeah its the old Toronto Star pass. Its been grandfathered for the past few years...once they become good (which may never happen of course) I have to figure it'll be gone.
