not playing bench players is it cheating?

when playing online if you deliberately turn auto subs off and play starters the whole game or 90 percent of game is it cheating the game?

me I like realism not glitchers exploiting game. whether its LeBron and wade on Miami or Carmelo and jr smith on the knicks. seems theres quite a few users out there who do this. when I play for most part my starters sit out a 3 minutes per half... if someones cheating the game they often have their best players a whole quarter more than mine.

playing Carmelo the whole game instead of inserting hardaway jr is exploiting game in my book...but then some of this falls on game itself..there should be penalties....hell injuries. missed shots etc

I don't like it but it's not cheating. Just focus on your play. Don't worry about your opponent.

That's why I mostly play in sim leagues with sim sliders where fatigue matters...

No offense but I am sure just about every NBA player could handle playing the entire game when it is 6 min quarters except maybe a few big men.

Eh, definitely not realistic, but can't really call it cheating either. If the opponent can't get his fresh subs to take advantage of your tired starters, then that's on him.

This, considering that the default is 6 min quarters it's really not that realistic to begin with. Players play longer than that in real life and that's what makes subs more necessary.

This guy has a very valid point its not crying either he wants a realistic game and that can be achieved even with 6 min quarters first stamina need to be adjusted on a scale that goes by minutes players actually play per game if and when a player gets to a very low level there turbo should be take away stamina in this game is the main reason it unrealistic and there overpowered teams Bigs shouldn't automatically Have lower stamina than guards either

Just played a Heat user before work. Since Aldridge and Meyers Leonard are both hurt IRL and 2k hasn't caught news of it I had to shuffle an awkward small ball lineup.

I won though! No Aldridge or Leonard or Freeland. Funky rotation, but I made it work.
