NFL 2K. I loved All Pro 2K8, and would like to see the NFL license bring it back. The graphics in NFL 2K5 were great (better than Madden at the time), the gameplay was tremendous, the franchise mode was deep, and the announcing was fun and conversational.

Although, truth be told, I'd settle for an All Pro sequel. That game is still fun on PS3 today.
