    Rare Players - Madden 25 CFM's

Okay, this thread is designed to supplement lotusfather's Madden 25 Draft Guide thread.

The purpose of this thread is to identify players who, for one way or another, are rare in the realm of Madden 25.

    Players with 99 SPD.

    Players with 99 STR.

    Oversized players.

    Undersized players.

If something has made a player stand out in your mind, post the player's name, his draft class (if he's a drafted player), and what makes him special.

Here are just a few examples:

    WR Shady Monroe
    6'8" 240 lbs
Algrenon Keooudom Draft Class (QB Pop Warren / HB Hakeem Okonkwo [Nigerian Nightmare])
One of the only 6'8" players on the Offensive side of the ball in Madden 25.

    TE Levine Toilolo
    6'8"
    Atlanta Falcons
One of the only 6'8" players on the Offensive side of the ball in Madden 25.

    TE Leonard Pope
    6'8"
    Free Agent
One of the only 6'8" players on the Offensive side of the ball in Madden 25.

HB Hakeem Okonkwo [The New Nigerian Nightmare]
    6'2" 260 lbs
Algrenon Keooudom Draft Class (QB Pop Warren / WR Shady Monroe)
One of the heaviest HB's in the game. [Note: he's kind of slow, so you'll have to boost his SPD quite a bit to make him a better all-around RB]

    HB / WR Jaquin Murphy
    6'3" 217
Algrenon Keooudom Draft Class (QB Pop Warren / HB Hakeem Okonkwo [Nigerian Nightmare])
One of the tallest players with 98 SPD that I know of. I was making a team where all of my players were like 6'6" and above, and not many of those players even have 90 or above SPD / ACC. I wanted a tall player who would be used strictly for Kick and Punt returning (the returner shouldn't take snaps on offense or defense ideally because of the way Madden 25 uses the Stamina stat during gameplay). I've ran back many TDs with him on Kickoffs, and a couple on Punts too. If you get the HB version of him, you can move him to FB, TE, or even back to WR. Ideally, I keep him at HB, because that allows you to sub him in at WR during the game. However, during the offseason, having him at HB allows you to maximize your XP by moving him temporarily to FB or TE, whichever position costs the least XP to upgrade whichever stat.
[Note1: His ACC is also like 95 or something equally high like that]
[Note2: Murphy frequently gets injured in his original draft class, and usually reappears in the draft class the following season. He usually reappears right at the end of the following season, just before the draft happens.]

    TE William Shorter
    6'3"
I believe he's in one of the draft classes that Jaquin Murphy above appears in.
He's a 6'3" TE with 99 SPD. I think his ACC is around like 85.

    HB Tagasuka Sefo
    6'0" 270 lbs
    Todd Davis Draft Class
One of the heaviest HB's in Madden 25. Lotusfather's draft guide shows that he has 88 SPD and goes in the 1st Round usually. I'm about to sim through that season and draft him, so I'll update this with his other stats. 2 inches shorter, and 10 lbs heavier than fellow power-back Hakeem Okonkwo, the new Nigerian Nightmare. 99 Personality. I believe Hakeem Okonkwo starts with 85 or less SPD, so not only is this guy heavier, but he's apparently faster. Not sure what his ACC stat is yet.

TE Willie / Willis St. Pierre
I forget which draft class he's in to be honest. I can probably figure it out later.
Whether it was intentional, or a typo when they meant to type 6'5", he's a TE who is 5'6" and like 260-270 lbs. He's slow as molasses, so you'll need to feed him the ball to train his stats up with XP. Probably the shortest, heaviest player in the game. Also likely the highest weight/height ratio in the game.

On defense Something Maake, a DT can come out school at 400 pounds. I think that is him I know one guy can be 400 pounds.

      FB Jorvorskie Lane
      5'11" 277 lbs
      Miami Dolphins or Free Agent
      85 STR / 89 TRK / 80 IBL / 75 RBK / 70 SPD / 74 ACC / 69 AGI
      One of the heaviest FBs.

      FB Will Tukuafu
      6'3" 293 lbs
San Francisco 49ers or Free Agent
I believe he is the heaviest non-lineman offensive player. Since he's a FB, he can technically be moved to HB, WR, or TE. Unfortunately he starts at age 29, so he'll probably only last 3-5 seasons or so, and it will be hard to max out his stats because of his age.

          RG Michael Jasper
          6'4" 375 lbs

          94 STR / 78 RBK / 68 PBK / 74 IBK
26 years old. I believe he is the heaviest player in the game prior to any of the draft classes. I think LT Bryant McKinnie above may be the second heaviest.

Just drafted him, here's his full stats:

            SPD: 88
            ACC: 77
            STR: 90
            TRK: 98
            SFA: 96
            Personality: 99
            STA: 86
            INJ: 81
            AGI: 79
            ELU: 76
            JKM: 66
            SPM: 66
            CAR: 83
            BCV: 63
            AWR: 68
            CTH: 83
            CIT: 72
            SPC: 75
            RTE: 68
            RLS: 64
            JMP: 82
            IBK: 58
            RBK: 38
            PBK: 69

So he has better SPD than the Nigerian Nightmare, but worse ACC (88 vs. 77).

ACC is cheaper to upgrade than SPD though, so that's not really a downside long term.

Here are the full stats for that 7'4" TE, Antwaun Gbor, from the Don Merigan draft:

                IMP (Importance): 94

I believe that stat has to do with whether or not a CPU team will be willing to deal the player in a trade. Because of that, it would probably be very hard to acquire this guy via trade if you miss him in the draft.

                SPD: 55
                ACC: 75
                AWR: 73

Also, in the same draft class (Don Merigan), I may have discovered an alternative tall kick returner. I previously mentioned Jaquin Murphy, who is 6'3" and lightning fast.

This guy, WR Phil Canyon is 6'4" with 98 SPD. He only has 90 ACC though, which is lower than I'd like for my primary kick returner. He's 21 years old and was projected to go with pick 1.13

The rest of his important stats:

                  RET: 88 (Kick Return stat)
                  CAR: 79
                  AGI: 86
                  ELU: 77
                  JKM: 90
                  SPM: 76
                  TRK: 74
                  STR: 67
                  SFA: 83
                  STA: 76
                  CTH: 79

I can confirm after multiple games that 270 lb HB is a freaking bowling bowl. He knocks down defenders like they're bowling pins (this is on All-Madden difficulty).

He's also fast enough to get decent yardage on sweeps without needing to upgrade his SPD or ACC.

He's definitely better than Hakeem Okonkwo ("the new Nigerian Nightmare").

Video evidence of what I believe may be the best power back in Madden 25:

After knocking those defenders down, I was so surprised that it worked that I accidentally (instinctively) tapped down on the joystick (which normally steadies your ball carrier if he's off-balance). That's why he suddenly stops at the end of the play. I could have kept going.

I'm not sure how many people have encountered this, but I had Leon Sandcastle in one of my drafts (sorry I'm not sure, which one. I'll try looking later). For those who don't know Leon Sandcastle is Deion Sander's alter ego from last year.

                            Well, he's a DB. Goes early 2nd round. 99speed, 99agil, 99accl. Has deion sander's game face.
