As much as I like the concept of the mode there's no way I'd spend extra money on it considering 9/10 games you play are cheese fests. I often find myself annoyed and frustrated even after wins. I've just about given up on the game now.

It's a move that benefits both sides... They get more money through micro transactions and we don't run into as many stacked teams.
Of course they are intentionally trying to get more money... I just don't see how you feel forced to buy VC. My Career is my main game mode and I don't feel like anything is being shoved down my throat..........ellipsis

Someone mentioned the possibility of having a few "keeper cards" from year to year like in a fantasy sports league, but I don't think that's the right way to go about it, as everyone will just carry over Jordan and LeBron to NBA 2K15, and it will be the same nonsense all over again where 90% of players have those two cards in their lineup.

I'm fine with them offering an MT reward when you first boot up NBA 2K15 and the game recognizes that you played last year's mode. Maybe they could tweak that initial MT payout based on how many tournaments you won, how far you made it in Road to the Playoffs, and how many cards you owned in NBA 2K14.

I'm saying it's still harder to get a full gold team in 14 than 13. Of course, the game has been out for about 4 months, so now you'll a lot of stacked teams. It just takes more time(or money) to get who you want. Btw I haven't run into multiple mj teams yet but that sounds like some bs. Why would they let you run multiple of the same player?

Because as long as they're seeing a steady stream of income from the idiots shelling it out, they have no incentive to fix game balance glitches...


They had time to patch the VC Glitch, MyGM earnings, and Domination Resetting tho... I wonder why they found the time to patch those so quickly... hmmmm

No ones saying that 2k isn't trying to earn more money. They're a business, so they're gonna be focused on whatever has the biggest effect on the bottom line. But to say that VC is being shoved down our throats or that it's worse than 2k13 is not true IMO.
P.s. Is the multiple Mjs things even a glitch? I haven't run into it but I just assumed people carried different year versions of him.
p.s.p.s. That MyGM earnings cut is some bs. If they start doing more things like that, then I'll be more inclined to agree with you.

Ellipses are just my thing... Been doing it so long that it's not even concious.


And yes it's a glitch. You're not allowed to have duplicate players in your lineup even if they're different versions, but there is a workaround that they have yet to patch even though its been there since release.

The ones who need 3 or 4 jordans are usually worse than the players who dont need glitches like that to up their game. Additionally i play better when im the underdog which is quite rare since i have such a stacked team, but if your opponent has mjs at pg and sg, two on the bench as well...

Like $700. Combining 360 and PS4. I used to spend that money on weed and alcohol (except a lot more lmao). It's not a huge deal. If you make your own money and you can afford to spend $100 dollars a month on bs, then go ahed. Everyone has hobbies they spend money on. I would honestly spend more ($2000+) if I didn't hate 2k's scheming *** soo much.

It's a Pay to Play game mode.
