Love Heaney as an A- but I feel like Moran should be closer to a B+, solely for the fact that power is heavily weighted for 3B OVR ratings. I'd also like to see a B for Conley, mid-rotation starters with a fallback of late-inning reliever should be around there.

Thanks a lot for the help man, it means a lot, I'm not a huge fan of the Marlins, i like them but not my favorite, so any help is appreciated. I'll get to changing that right away. Any other suggestions?

Is there any chance that someone working on the Marlins for OSFM could upload their Casey McGehee CAP to the vault? I'm okay with playing with SCEA's default roster for now, but it would be nice to have him on the Marlins while I play Quick Count/dynamic difficulty exhibition games. Thanks!

Sweet. Just a heads up that as far as name audio goes "Casey" is listed with the nicknames towards the beginning of the list (it's on one of the first pages). And his stance is Veteran 94.

Huge Marlin fan here & know pretty much all there is to know about them and their farm system. Below are what I suggest should be some adjustments to a few players. Thanks for your work on these.

RHP Anthony DeSclafani - POT: B
(one of their many pitching prospects that has an MLB future)
RHP Nick Wittgren - POT: B
                (Their future MLB closer)
                1B Justin Bour - POT: C
(Has big power upside. Injuries have derailed career)
RF Kyle Jensen - POT: C+
(Huge power potential. Marlins are hoping he can learn 1st base)
LF Alfredo Silverio - POT: C+ maybe even a B
(Was a prized prospect in the Dodgers system two years ago till a bad car accident derailed his career. Marlins got him in RULE5 draft & are raving about him. They say he will be the "surprise" player in their organization this year)

Hope this helps & do not hesitate if you have any questions.

I suck pretty badly at editing players, so I usually don't even try. However, I took the McGehee from today's 4/7 update and made some tweaks to his appearance and I think he actually turned out pretty decently. My PSN ID is jetsetmike if you want to download it and check it out.

                        Re: Miami Marlins 2014 OSFM

I just wanted to take a second to thank you guys for all your work on the OSFM rosters. They seriously rule and make this game so much better. As a huge Marlins fan, I have some suggestions that I hope will help you in making them as accurate as possible.

I have some batting stances for the starting pitchers and long relievers who will occasionally spot start/bat. This is from pulling the pitchers' at-bats up on MLB.TV and watching a couple times. I'm not saying they're 100% accurate, but they're not a bad place to start:

                        Jose Fernandez - Russell Martin
                        Nathan Eovaldi - Alberto Callaspo
Henderson Alvarez - Veteran Stance 6
Tom Koehler - Generic Stance 6
Jacob Turner - Generic Stance 2
Kevin Slowey - Generic Stance 9
Brad Hand - Veteran Stance 39

Also, Nathan Eovaldi's pitching style has been listed as Yovani Gallardo since last year and that couldn't be more inaccurate. His hands come up over his head and he follows through with a
3/4ish arm slot - check out something like Michael Pineda for him.

Giancarlo Stanton's stance is okay (and it's a hidden stance, like last year, so if you change it you can't get it back), but his follow through should be two-handed and his Home Run RH should be default instead of Style 1. He wears Style 11 sunglasses (fielding, flipped) and he uses eye black.

Finally, I have just a couple of accessory edits:

Salty's catcher's gear should be all black except for white trim on the chest protector and his leg guards. Same goes for Jeff Mathis, except with Team Color 2 trim.

                        High socks for Slowey.

Team Color 1 thin armbands for Furcal.

Thanks so much for what you do!

He is referring to the master excel sheet on the OSFM thread. Green means finished, yellow almost, white means nothing done.

We use that to see the progress of the roster set.

I look forward to seeing your work on The Marlins.
