Players Excited to Use in Madden 15

Players most intrigued to play as in the upcoming Madden 15. Personally, my vote goes for Logan Thomas. He will be a big, strong, semi-fast Cam Newton type, but he will probably have a low rating - I love finding gems in game . Thoughts on Logan Thomas involving Madden anyone?

IMO Logan Thomas should be a TE and his QB attributes should be given a ceiling at 50 lol. Did you see that guy in college? He was literally one of the worst QB's ever at VT. He had all the physical tools to be nice but did nothing with it. Such a huge waste of talent.

Logan Thomas is not one of the worst quarterbacks Virginia Tech has ever had. That's just not a fair assessment.

Logan Thomas was just fine his sophomore year, but the past two seasons Virginia Tech football as a whole just hasn't been particularly good, particularly on the offensive line and at running back, and his junior year they were breaking in an entirely new wide receiver corps, having lost three wide receivers to the NFL. He needs refinement on his pocket passing skills and touch, sure, but I think he can be a quarterback in the NFL assuming he gets some good quarterback coaching to that end.

I think he'd be a good fit with the 49ers or the Panthers as an understudy to Colin Kaepernick or Cam Newton. Both teams are strong running teams, and Thomas is similar to Kaepernick and Newton in that he possesses a rocket launcher of an arm and powerful running ability. Thomas also has from what I saw a willingness to stand in the pocket and take a hit, and he's a load to bring down at like 6'6" - 250 lbs. I think Kaepernick and Newton are more generally athletic than Thomas, though.

I exaggerated a bit but I stand by him never being a starter in the NFL. From he games I watched he was absolutely atrocious.

Let's keep this about Madden and there's no doubt he has insane attributes and will in Madden. I think he will be rated very low but actually be a gem atleast in Madden though I do think he will be good irl too.

To say something positive in this thread...

I can't express how awesome this draft is going to be for Madden (aside from Logan Thomas... )

I'm going to use the Rams in the SOS online league and the first night of the draft is going to be very entertaining. For Madden purposes it would be fun to have Sammy Watkins as the #2 pick and then get a guy Justin Gilbert with the #13. They would be cornerstone pieces to my team.

I have no idea what STL will do but the depth of this draft is just amazing. So many nice names out there.

Two words. Jadaveon. Clowney. I can't wait to rack up the sacks with him (I always control the DE), and his speed will probably be in the mid-to-high 80's, so he'll be able to chase down some halfbacks from behind.
