how to make center spot up at the 3pt line

I was watching the Ind-Atl playoff game and saw how the Hawks would spot up Pero Antic at the 3pt line to provide spacing and take Hibbert out of the paint.

I don't remember a way to emulate this in 2k14(last gen).Even if you play 4 out 1 in with spacing the floor option the cpu spots up only your PF regardless of ratings and play style. For example if there is a team with an inside player at PF and an outside shooter at C(like the Heat with Bosh at C) the cpu will always assume that the PF will play outside and C will post in the low block.

The only way to change that is either use some plays that position the C at the 3pt line or run some pick n pops to give them 3pt looks which is something totally different from spotting up.

Any ideas how to make C's spot up or reverse the 4out1in between the C and PF?Do tendencies play any role?
Last year(2k13) i remember a players tendency to shoot 3pts and spot up actually made him do that in freelance.E.g. guys like Dirk or Love would play Center minutes and they were always hanging around the 3pt line. This year positioning seems fixed to only PFs being able to stretch the floor.
