I have played FIFA ng since it came out. However the other night I powered up and could not connect to the ea servers. I right click and it says I need an origin account. I have an account and a profile. I don't want to play further because I can't access the catalog.

You need to disable the quick start in your XBOne settings. I had this problem as well. It can cause problems with EA's servers. The quick start is still in beta, and so can be touchy.

I told the XBOne to go to settings, and then looked for something called "Quick Resume." Once, I unchecked this, I was able to start up FIFA like the good old days. I have to go through the start screen but it works now.

(Update) Well the above doesn't work, don't know why, but do a google search of xbox one resume quickly and you should find some info on it. Like I said, you just need to search through your settings till you see it and uncheck the box. I had to do it this past weekend.
