1st year contract issue
I just got to the first off season in my Marlins Franchise (simmed first year). When I go to do all my contracts and to offer contracts its not letting me. I have $44M available but when I go to offer a contract I get the message saying I have a full roster, but 98 percent of my roster needs contract renewals.

Like Threebs said make sure you dont have more than the allowed amount of players in you system. That waould be the 1st thing to look at, but I think its 90 players and not 95 though.Everyone who exalts themselves will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted- Luke14-11

Re: 1st year contract issue
There is a major issue with contracts witch directly effect budgets for teams, where you will see small markets become big, and you end up with every team having huge budgets, but this is a new one if this is indeed a issue. What the budget/contract issue problem is teams are signing top prospects to long deal at around 1 mil per year. As of now SCEA has not to my knowledge made a effort to admit this is a issue, so dont know if it will get fixed or not.
