Yep. I'm not buying a hard copy without a guarantee of a refund. I guess I'll just find something else to occupy my time for the next 4 or 5 hours.
I really don't understand the people in this thread who are blaming the consumer for being upset about a company under-delivering on a promise made at point of purchase. That's pretty standard and acceptable/expected behavior for the consumer. Is this just fanboy mentality?
