I bought a PS4 a couple of months ago and am now considering purchasing this year's Show. My question for those who have played MLB 13: The Show and '14: Has hitting gotten easier since MLB 12: The Show or would you say it's about the same? Thanks in advance for any feedback you guys can provide.

A question from someone who hasn't played since MLB 12: The Show
I haven't played the game since MLB 12: The Show, which I eventually gave up on because I struggled so much on offense (both buttons and analog) on All-Star difficulty. I always got realistic hitting results/stats on '09, '10 and '11, so my struggles surprised me a bit.

There are a lot of settings and always sliders to make it as easy as you want.
Edit a camera you like and start editing the settings and you'll get what you want.

Since MLB 13, there have been new in-game mechanisms added to make it easier for new comers to find the best difficulty level to play on, like the Dynamic Difficulty and the Beginner mode. These things should help you find a good balance in no time.Comment
