Ok I know this has been touched on already but I just want to get 100% confirmation that all osfm minor league made players are going to be rerated. I personally went through a couple of teams and saw some crazy ratings, I just want to make sure that all of them are just not the top prospects in each organization.

Just to clarify what Totte said in the above post, OSFM players we have a projected number for will be re-rated. Basically that includes anyone who is on a 40 man or could get a sniff this year - chances are they got an invite to spring training.

These numbers are what the player would hit if he was currently in the majors which I feel in a lot of cases gives you a proper base for progression. There are a lot of players who are not rated that I need to figure out how to rate because they are out of balance with a roster. I used to use a Minor League Equivalency Calculator but the site I used is gone.

I will say this is the most accurate OSFM yet. A lot of great work on faves this year and ratings are pretty decent.

We do what we can. If we have Zips info for minor leaguers, then we rerate them. Others are looked at in subsequent releases. It's a long process to rerate every minor leaguer and there's no way we'd have it done for the first release. For this to be possible it would require a lot of input from many people.

I wish more people would come to us less with "look at this" or "change that" blanket statements and give actual adjustments that should be made. If you think a stance needs to be changed, find which one works and let us know. If you have rating suggestions, share them. If a player is missing, create him and share him. We can only do so much with the time we have which is why input from the community is vitally important for accuracy.

Could you guys post a link if the exact zip ratings you will be using? I would just like to see what players will be missing from organization. When ever you get the time that would be highly aappreciated. You guys do great work and dont get enough credit for the efforts

I will never complain about the work you guys do if I don't agree with something then I will quietly make changes myself. I have a lot of respect for the time and effort that it takes to put out a great roster like these.

I personally thought a couple guys on the Yankees were missing, like Abiatal Avelino and Miguel Andujar. My ratings are a little off for them (Andujar too low, Avelino too high, but I can adjust them when I get a chance tonight.) They're both in Single-A. I also made Graham Stoneburner, and tried to make Brian Bruney (could not get his face perfect, and don't know how to put in his stats). Also, I'm a personal fan of Sherman Johnson in the Angels organization (3B, Single-A, but I'm struggling mightily getting his face right, mostly with his nose and his jaw).

I'm not sure how to actually upload them, but if someone could tell me how, so they're easy to find for you guys, I'll do that by tomorrow morning, if you want them.

Guys,

I have been reading every post on the OSFM roster update page and this HYBRID page as well. I just wanted to say I truly love everything you guys do. I used to mess with rosters when I was a younger man and could devote time to it but I just can't do it anymore with my work.

Thank you for everything you do.

P.S. For those of us who are freaks and don't get enough thrills with just MLB, AAA, AA rosters and like simulations try Out Of The Park Baseball 15. Its a pretty sick simulation. It's solved any needs I may have simulating baseball games while MLB The Show hooks me up with my video playing needs. No doubt I'll be on my IPAD all weekend refreshing this thread for the updates!

You guys asked for suggestions instead of requesting changes to things like stances, deliveries, etc. Here are a few batting stances I think work:

George Springer(Hou) - Ryan Braun(bat wiggle much more on point)
Mookie Betts(bos) - Travis D'Arnaud (much better bat movement w/leg kick)
Joc Pederson(LAD) - all star 65 default leg kick or veteran 140 leg kick 2
Jose Abreu (CWS) - all star 67

Tough to say and I'll leave it up to Willard but I'd push the release date back. Still many rerates to do and that's not the half of it.
