OUTSTANDING video.

Oh best believe..... 2K will DEFINITELY TRY to fix all that stuff.

Guess why???

Because their PRIMARY TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC has just spoken.
LOUD & CLEAR.

Plus, there is an (unwritten) rule in Customer Service that basically says...

If you get just (1) email complaint sent to Customer Service... there are probably at least 100+ additional customers with the VERY SAME problem who WILL NEVER take the time to write an email also.

They will either live with it. (and remain fed-up)
Or stop using your 'products & services' altogether.

But if you get just (1) VIDEO COMPLAINT (like this) posted on Social Media (that could possibly go 'viral') that is a MAJOR PROBLEM. Believe it.

Because there are most likely THOUSANDS of additional customers dealing with the exact same issue who do not have the technical ability, or the time, or the motivation to FILM, EDIT & UPLOAD their thoughts as well.

And even if the problem was just occurring for this small group of friends who made this movie... it could be acknowledged & "co-signed" by several HUNDRED THOUSAND MORE customers by the end of the week, if it's on YouTube and goes 'viral'.

In fact, they already have over HALF A MILLION views.... and the video has only been up for 1 WEEK.

(If they care about this 2K NBA game as much as this video implies... the LAST thing they should do is take this video down from YouTube. It sends a big, clear message to the 2K Dev team about their product)

ANY video game company whose employees saw a video like this... but chose to 'ignore' the implications of it... welp... let's just say they probably would not be in business very long after that, imo.

It's not just a gameplay issue.
It's a PR issue also.

And if someone important in the NBA saw this video...

Best believe 'a few conference calls between executives' are happening behind the scenes.

Yup, they will try to fix all that stuff. Definitely.
The real question is... will they succeed? (I hope so)

Time will tell.

Plus, the annual E3 convention is just 3 or 4 weeks away.

2K can either 'get ahead' of this issue, or choose to ignore it (just like Microsoft ignored gamer complaints last year at E3)... and see what happens.
