Looking to start a new Big 12 dynasty for 360. Heisman modified sliders with updated rosters from the 2013/2014 season. 7 minute quarters. Advance 2 times a week, more if everyone finishes games. -Why the Big 12?
Arguably the conference with most parity. The champion this year was Baylor, who prior to 2010, had a string of 14 straight losing seasons. They even lost to Oklahoma State this year by 32. Every team had at least one conference win. Kansas, arguably the "worst" team in the Big 12, went to a BCS bowl game in the last decade, and went 33-17 over a 4 year period.

Recruiting. Unlike other conferences where there is a lot of talent spread out through several states, most Big 12 teams focus their recruiting primarily on Texas. This will lead to better recruiting battles, and many instances where you will know the players on other teams from these battles.

2. No run commit
3. No custom playbooks. Declare playbook at start of season and you are allowed to change once a year.
4. Must create a new coach
5. Kick on 4th. Times you can go for it-Down 18+ in 3rd, Down 9+ in 4th, 4th and inches past YOUR 40, 4th and 1 past 50, 4th and any past opponents 45.
6.For recruiting, the most people you can sign per season is the number of seniors on your team leaving +3. So if your team has 18 seniors on it, you can sign up to 21 players.
7. You can sign at most (3) 5* recruits. You can sign an additional 5* for winning the Big 12, and another for winning the National Championship (5 max)
8. Play realistically. If you already do, you should have no problem.
9. Editing players equipment is fine. Leave everything else alone.
10. No chew clock till 3 minutes left in the half.
