Wow, its been months since I have been on OS! But I came back today looking for post-draft rosters (which I assume these are?) cause I wanted to do a series on them on my YouTube channel (now just over 1000 subscribers: youtube.com/playgaming4fun). I play them on PS2 however i can convert an origial Xbox File over to PS2 format (i have done this many times). However I am only assuming that a 360 and orignal Xbox roster are pretty much the same save type, thus both convertable to PS2. In that case I will have to give these a go tomorrow. I want to do a franchise play through, so what team should I play as? I assume people will want to see Jags/Browns/Vikes cause they all got the first round QB's everyone wants to see. Actually everyone probably only wants to see a Browns play through the most.

I would definitely tune into this series if you are going to do it on your channel. I just started playing 2k5 last night for the first time and I loved it, despite it being 10 years old. I used GillBoldberg's rosters, but I have not tried these. I also think I might do some editing myself as I found the 2k5 editor and got it working. This is a cool (yet small) community that has done an unbelievable amount of work on this game to keep it alive. I'll be playing it throughout the summer and look forward to your series.

Yeah these are post-draft. There are 188/256 draftees. No undrafted players though. That would be so great if you did a series! I wouldn't mind seeing any team, but if I had to choose from the three 1st rounders, I'd pick Bortles just because the team is so lost in obscurity (I'm pretty sure they're the worst rated team in the game, too). The climb to the top would be long and very hard.


And thanks to everyone for support. I just got into this a few years ago and I didn't think I was going to do a set this year. If people like what I put out, I'll definitely keep it updated when I can.

Nice. I was actually thinking about Peterson. Kind of like an anti-Madden, anti-Richard Sherman cover. Not that I dislike Sherman. He balls out every week.

What number do u have ur CBs aggression rating...or are they varied

DBs are at 10, LBs are at 20. It seems to work ok, and I keep the coverage and pursuit sliders on the lower half of the scale to keep the reaction times looking good. Players seem to only jump routes when they have good coverage and/or the receiver has a low run route rating. If you or anybody else have tips regarding ratings and sliders, please share them. I'm by no means an experienced roster maker.

First off, thank you for taking the time to make this.


I can't sim after the first week in a franchise. It freezes after the first game is simmed.


I am playing as the Titans. I can play my game fine, but when I try to go to week 2 it freezes. Any ideas how to fix this?

What are ur settings

To be honest with you, my sliders are shot. I need to do them over. I'm working on them now and it's very frustrating. However, I play:
- 8 min quarters
- play calling: by formation
- multiple hot routes
- all penalties to the max except DPI and Clipping.


DPI gets called too much because DBs don't strafe in man coverage. When the receiver is stationary, they run in circles around them or they run up their backs. For that reason, DPI gets called too much. I put it around 30 or 32. I'm still playing with it. It might have to go lower


As you probably know, clipping calls come with a glitch that severely docks your rushing yards. I just turn it off and turn holding all the way up to compensate.


Everything else is default.
