There are tons of reasons why they have not already done last year, one of these very simple for an industry are the dollars$$, how much is it worth investing for profit .. how likely they are called operations, market consumers ... evidently they had calculated as an operation that had sure costs, but not sure gains. Now that the market of new generation became solid a 14.5 porting obiuvsly will gains.
