I prefer Carmelo going to the Suns in free agency over any other team in MyGM simply because he is wearing an orange headband in his profile picture.

Other options include staying with the Knicks or signing with the now-gone Bobcats because they both wear orange.

If Melo ends up with the Bulls in real life, I hope they change his picture for 2K15. An orange headband with the Bulls would look weird.

Melo would fit real nice with the Suns, he's a perfect 4 for a team that gets out in transition...imagine Dragic Bledsoe Green Melo and Plumlee...jeez that's a scary quick team.

Funny thing is that it was just reported that the Suns are actively pursuing LeBron and Melo to play together.

I still don't see that happening though.

Have you watched Phoenix play recently? They are one of the highest-tempo teams in the NBA, with a young roster featuring lots of great shooters, ball handlers, and athletes. Rebounding and interior defense are their only major weaknesses.

Teams would be unable to double-team Anthony, with all of the shooters Phoenix can put on the floor. Guards like Dragić and Bledsoe would be more than happy to feed Melo the ball.

That said, if I was Carmelo, I would stay out of the Western Conference at all costs and find a team in the East to jump to. The West is much tougher to get through.
