Same problem for me (PS4). I called 2K support and they are looking into it. If I hear anything I'll post it here.Comment

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this issue. I tried to tweet them and did not receive a response. It has been going on for multiple days now. Hopefully it gets worked out.Comment

Hey guys, I was having the same problem on the PS4. I finished editing my class, then tried to start a new MY GM mode and I couldn't load rosters or draft classes. Kept getting the same "unable to retrieve content info" message.
I was able to get mine working again by simply closing out the NBA 2k14 application, the deleting from the system completely. I then turned off my PS4 waited about 10 seconds and turned it back on, with the disc in (obviously). I reinstalled the game, and then had to perform the latest update which took about 10-15 minutes, and voila! All of my files were still there and I am no longer getting the error message.
Also, I don't know if this matters, but I read blogs that said not to skip the intro video, so just be to cautious I let it run through. I doubt it makes much of a difference, but it's worth the 30 seconds it takes to watch it if it actually does nullify the potential fix.
Hope this helps you guys out. I can't speak for XB1 users, but I assume it would work for that system as well. It's worth a shot. Let me know how it turns out.Comment

I never got an email back from 2K support but I was able to download and edit draft classes around noon today. Hopefully the problem is solved for everyone.Comment

Why does this error happen for some roster files uploaded by some and not occur for the same type of roster with a different name? Anyone know a work around for this annoying error?[OS Vets NBA 2K10 Champion]

I'm having the same issue on PS4. It's driving me nuts because I posted a huge writeup with my roster, and power rankings and everything.
I can download other rosters. Just not the one I created.Comment
