    Fantasy Draft in Franchise Mode

Does anyone do this? I wanted to try it but ended up with a loaded team. I like having a good team but it seems a little unfair. The computer picks were good the first few rounds but then started picking only veterans while I scooped up all the young talent. This was the team I drafted:

    C-Buster Posey
    1B-Anthony Rizzo
    2B-Jurickson Profar
    3B-Manny Machado
    SS-Addison Russell
    LF-Oscar Tavares
    CF-Byron Buxton
    RF-Giancarlo Stanton
SP-Chris Sale,Gerritt Cole, Jameson Taillon, Archie Bradley, Jon Gray

Many of these players started in the minors. I signed cheap vets to fill in until the young guys were major league ready. But by the end of the second season, these were my every day players. I also grabbed up several more A & B prospects to develop in the minors. My third year I won 107 games (simulated, I only play out the playoff games if I make it that far).

Does anyone have any house rules they use to limit themselves in the draft? I just don't know if I should feel guilty about hoarding all the good young players.

It pretty much requires house rules to avoid an all "A" team. The AI doesn't value younger talent like we do.

I make myself pick two players that are 27 or older with every prospect I pick. It balances it out alright. But still in two years my team will be loaded

How do you have Bradley, Buxton, and Gray? Did you download them and then do the fantasy draft? If so, how do you get them into the roster that you used for the fantasy draft on franchise mode?

Not sure if this is the correct thread to be asking this in but I am a rookie on here and it won't let me create a new thread. Does anyone know if I edit a players attributes, lets say speed for example, under roster management in an already started offline franchise, will it stop/alter their progression or make them regress after doing this? I see that they have Yasiel Puig's speed at 68 slower than Corey Hart rated at 70 and dealing with chronic knee issues. I know this speed rating isnt correct and I thought of moving him up to 84, +1 of Heyward ranked 83. I just don't want any players that I edit to stop getting better long term. Thank you in advance!
