I hate to hijack someone else's thread, but I figured this would be a good place to ask as I'm also fairly new to soccer in general...

How often do you start bench players and bring up/use reserves?
I've been playing in career mode, and I'm finding that I typically only use the starters and 3-4 key bench players.

Also, do you have any pointers as far as tactics go? I'm not really sure what the difference is between organised/free form and really what I should look for and do with the tactics.
