just like all multi-platform games, any differences will be minimal, and probably not noticeable. Expect the same.

From some (Odogg I believe was one) Madden 25 was noticeably better on PS4.

I've played it on a friends PS4, and on my XB1, I don't notice any subtle differences whatsoever.

I really think the differences are more about the TV than the consoles. I had to use different settings on my TV to get the most out of my 360 vs my PS3 and the same is true this generation. I tend to just leave my "PS4 settings" on the TV since PS4 is my primary console which can lead to some multi-plat games looking weaker on the One when I compare them.

It will look fine on both consoles. For my setup, on my TV, I think the PS4 versions of the majority games I have tested look a little better on the PS4, but that may not be true for you and your setup.

Yes I own both and Madden on Xbox One is noticeably worse than the Ps4 version..it looks worse graphically and doesn't today near as smooth as it does on the PS4 version. It's not the TV either as I've ran both on the same tv with the same setup. Also, I've asked friends to look at both and they all say the same thing.

I'm hoping this is not the case for Madden 15 as all my friends have Xbox One and we want to run a league on it but if it's such a huge letdown on Xbox One I may just run it on PS4 with less people..

Normally, on PS3 and Xbox 360 I didn't notice much of a difference at all...but this year on next-gen it's a pretty large difference.

Is it running at a lower resolution on the XBoxOne? Know there was a big issue with roughly 1/3rd of all games not running at 1080p on XBoxOne. Not a big issue on smaller TVs, but on bigger TVs it's pretty noticeable.

Add myself to the list of people who believe it plays and looks better on the PS4. I owned both versions and the Xbox One had crushed blacks and tons of jaggies, compared to the natural colors and smooth lines of the PS4. The PS4 has noticeably better shadow detail and framerate.

I agree with ODog. I have both, and I lean toward PS4. But i love my xbox! The more i play on PS4 the more i notice the differences. Xbox feels rigid compared to ps4

Mostly just the jaggedness of the graphics, the colors are much more washed out and it's more blurry on X1. It really looks very much like a past gen port whereas the PS4 looks much more colorful and "next-gen"

I too love my Xbox Ones (I own 2) and am somewhat perplexed why there is such a big difference between these two systems for Madden..

I think this may be my first post? Anyway, there isn't a difference. Both games run at 1080p native, both games run smooth with little to no stuttering, colors are a little more vibrant on the xbox one because of the filtering that the xbox one uses. All of this coming from an owner of both with a properly calibrated TV. As for anti-aliasing ("Jaggy elimination"), both seem to use it. I don't see any more jaggies in one than the other.

This game doesn't even nearly push the limits of the X1 and PS4. Truthfully, it probably never will.

The main difference is the controller: the xbox one's controller is a little tighter in the ability to move because of the taller thumbsticks. On the other hand, the ps4 controller's L1/R1 are much easier to press compared to the X1's L&R bumpers. That all comes down to the user on which they prefer.
