I can get to my library, but there's no way to start the download, clicking on the Destiny beta just gives me a blank template and not the game's info

I got it working. There is a 179 MB or so download that allows you to open the game and then within the game it takes you to a loading screen for an 11 GB download to get the rest of it. I'm .82 GBs in right now, probably won't be ready until around dinner time here (east coast).

Was able to redeem it through Sony's website.

I guess now we see what happens when I turn my PS4 on at 5.
