Online Franchise Schedule/AI

Hey guys,

Just need a little insight, me and a couple of my friends are looking at doing an online franchise with CPU teams. However, the two times we've done it we've run into the AI not going through their rotation properly. Instead the AI would send out guys with 50% energy to start a game even though they started the previous game or 2. I'm thinking it might have to do with the schedule and the manual advance...

Whats the best schedule option/best way to advance the week/series to make sure the AI is rotating through their guys correctly? Any one who has any luck with CPU teams let me know your 'secrets' per-say because my two attempts at figuring it out have been futile.

as commish/co-commmish you need to go into each teams manger roster screen and fix roster followed by fix rotation and lineups. Team settings make sure all for CPU teams is set to AUTO. Now that you have played a couple games for the fix rotation it will automatically set the pitchers by ratings, so just swap in order of energy those with the most at #1

I'm having the same problem with my online franchise. Does this have to be done before every game or if I do it once at the beginning of the season will that be good for the year?

just once and I suggest put trades to manual for CPU/AI teams and turn on after first month or so many games. If trades already have gone through you may have to adjust again as described above

Thanks so much for your reply. I have another problem I'm running into. Jon Lester got injured so the team moved him to class A but when he was healthy they never brought him back up to the majors. Is this a known issue and is there any other way to fix it other than manually? My goal is to be able to play a series then sim a few so I'd hope to be able to not have to manually edit the CPU stuff any more than necessary. Thanks again!

yea if have to do it manually and agree we shouldnt have to do anything for the CPU/AI teams. You could wait a game/series/advance and see. However I think you should just do it yourself
