Yes, but it looks like you can't buy the $4.99 monthly sub with funds from your XBL account. They want to bill your CC directly.

That's cool if you don't want EA Access. I just think that Sony is making a mistake by making the decision for it's customers if EA Access is a good value or not. As you can see from this thread, there are people who want it on PS4 and there are people who don't. Sony, let your customers decide what they want or don't want. To me, this is just bad business

I personally have both a PS4 and XB1, so I don't favor one or the other. It would have been nice if it was available on both systems. I would have gladly paid $60 to have it on both systems. Then I could try a game like Madden on both systems and see which version I would spend my hard earned money on

its not that I don't want EA Access, its that I don't care to have it if the early release of games(sports games I'm talking about) are strictly on a timed trial/limited time access. If they allow you to play the full game without interruption, then I would be more inclined to buy if it was offered and would be upset that it wasn't offered by Sony.

I understand that people want it and that's cool, but for me personally, at this point it really doesn't bother me that its not being offered. Sony's business decision is for them to decide, not me. I may not agree, but they have their reasons and whether I agree with it or not, I do at least respect their decision.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

EA is just doing what they did for 2-3 years before then with season ticket except now you get to enjoy some older games but most are in it to get early access to future games.

Sony knows that if EA gets the PS fans with the yearly $29.99 they will be more incline to not bother with PS Now
Why? Because then they can get the PS4 clients. That's why they would put it in PSNow. Sony is not going to tell their customers go to EA to get the game. They're trying to promote PSNow. As a publisher, they can put their games up in PSNow. Again, they can rent or buy it.

Besides Madden, it would be nice for EA to revamp some older games, like Desert Strike.

I was going to go with the 4 buck deal, but if I like it and decided to go with the complete deal, I'll end up paying $35 instead of the initial $30 deal

It would be a good deal if EA actually made any games I wanted to play.

It's a little disappointing that Sony passed on it since I would have bought it just to play the games 5 days early. Since Sony turned them down do you think it will cause any bad feelings between the two companies?

Actually you get to keep your games for gold on the xbox, just not on PS plus.

I wonder if people realize that on the $30 sub it will take you 5 digital games with the 10% discount to recoup the subscription cost. Do many of you actually buy 5 EA games every year?

Say you buy only 3 games while youre sub is active. You save $18 from the discounts but theres still $12 on the table that you have to decide whether or not is worth it for the early trial/vault games. How often will games be added to the vault? Look at Titanfall, how long before that is added? Or Dragon Age Inquisition. Are people fine with waiting 6+ months before a new game is added to the vault? Will you really be fine with having access to year old sports games some of which youve already purchased the updated version?

What happens when other publishers begin doing this and try to lock content like story missions and map packs behind their specific subscription? People say that is just fear mongering, but look at where the industry has gone with DLC/Microtransactions and even retailer specific DLC. Do we really want to have to pay subscription on top of subscription on top of subscription to access content not available elsewhere? I for one, really hope this doesnt take off.

The only sport game I buy on launch day is NHL. So it's worth it for me. 30 bucks a year is not much at all. I'll buy in and see where this vault thing goes. Can always just get rid of it.

My only thing is the $$ it saves on MUT purchases....I was dissapointed that my Season Ticket didnt include PS4 when I bought it...
