Definitely seems like gang tackling was nerf'd from the first stream. In the first stream their were more instances of multiple player tackles, defenders flying towards the ball carrier attempting to help on the tackle.
The second stream displayed a lot more one-on-one tackles, and defenders standing around before the ball carrier is even down all the way. Its like the defenders go brain dead once the one-on-one tackle animation trigger.
