Re: EA Access for Xbox One: Play EA Games Up to Five Days Before the Release Date
No you cannot
Season Ticket doesn't exist anymore. It was replaced with EA Access which is only available on the Xbox One, as Sony passed on the opportunity.Last edited by countryboy; 07-31-2014, 11:00 AM.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Re: EA Access for Xbox One: Play EA Games Up to Five Days Before the Release Date
Its a bit hickory-dickory-dock.bought it for the year . ill decide this time next year if it was worth it. but at the moment picking up Fifa, Battlefield 4 for $30 is pretty solid deal for me. i hope they add Need for Speed to the vault soon.
the 10% off other incoming games while not much. is pretty nice considering i buy most my games digital. so getting games like Dragon Age Inquisition, Madden, fifa, hopefully Battlefield Hardline at the discount rate will be worth it for me.
Early Access to all the games is just the cream on top for me .
If you are not one to trade-in and like to buy to keep: this is the venue for you.
If you like to exchange games: stick to physical purchases and petition for digital trade-in values on items you buy at retail conversion.

My guess is the early access to sports game will work similar to season ticket. The two hour or limited preview is probably for single player games like Dragon Age. Imagine if they let people play DA five days straight, many would finish the story and never buy the game. Personally I have been looking to pick up BF4 so I will probably just us this pass to get it along with some other nice perks. This is much better than SeasonPass.Comment

Re: EA Access for Xbox One: Play EA Games Up to Five Days Before the Release Date
I read about the first 17 pages of this thread and I have a couple confirmation questions after soaking in all that info, lol.
Ok, so I can buy this EA Access thing for one month ($4.99) and just play Madden 15 for the 5 days and then get out of my subscription? I'm not all that interested in the other games, therefore the $30 may not be the way to go.
Can I sign up right now for EA Access? And did someone say I can play Madden 25 right now?
Thanks on advance for the answersComment

Re: EA Access for Xbox One: Play EA Games Up to Five Days Before the Release Date
Re: Madden 15: theoretically, yes. We don't know yet what the limitations may be on early access to games yet like restrictions on the amount of time you can play a game during the early access period.
EA Access is in beta and only available to members of the Xbox One OS Preview Program but you can expect it to be officially launched soon imo.
Yes, one you have access you can download and install any of the vault games, which is just those four including Madden 25.Comment

Re: EA Access for Xbox One: Play EA Games Up to Five Days Before the Release Date
I've been pending for about that time period as well.
Last night I did receive an update and when I go to "Quest" I can get to the EA Access Hub app, but the install select is greyed out.
I'm hearing a code will be sent via email to gain access.Last edited by Gorilla Glass; 08-01-2014, 08:27 AM.Comment
