MyCareer needs a better back story like your college years and maybe even one high school year so that your draft stock can rise and you can upgrade your overall rating
In Association and MyGM you should be able to move cities and customize you arenas with the more successful seasons you have along with jersey, and logo customizations
Full customization for MyCareer like adding in something like EA Game face and more options fro voices and also not having to play the full 82 games per season plus all the playoff games if you make it that far also with being able to change your players tendencies for simulation
More Throwback teams from the 2000's
Bring back Creating a Legend
new game modes like MyCoach, MyOwner, etc.
Add all of the competitions like skills showcase
An official 2k draft class for the next year instead of having to download random ones....
More freedom on association and MyGM like having the option to turn off salary cap and not having the coach and owner getting pissed at you for not doing something right

It would be great to have the option to choose to dunk the ball with maximum protection from getting blocked instead of having d rose or lebron doing any old fancy tomohawk dunk with someone right behind them that will easily get blocked. It's a very frustrating thing that can easily be fixed with the option to protect the ball from the defense.

You can save settings

My settings do not save. I have to turn injuries off every time I turn the game on. Even though it says "saving settings". Another is my position lock setting is stuck on point guard. I have to change it back to none every time a play as well.

I should have been more specific but there are a few more settings that revert back to default or are stuck on a certain setting. No uninstalling/ reinstalling or clear cache method has fixed this problem. I still want my 13 man rotation lol

I know it's to late but for 2k16 I would like to see a few additions to ratings.

-screen rating 1-100 not just a sig skill but now also a rating.

Believe it or not setting good screens in the nba is a skill guys like Amare,KG,Frye,Griffin,Bogut,Noah and much more set solid screens to free up the ball handler. Every player in this game should have a rating of 1-100 on that
It adds another real element the higher the rating the more solid your defender will get caught in a screen.

Transition rating- yes this is ANOTHER skill. Yeah speed,stamina is big on this but it's not that simple. In the real NBA some players aren't built for some systems. The rating should influence how well you run the floor not the user but the teammates the higher the rating the better spreading and angles they take. Just because a guy online pushes the ball with the bulls or grizzlies with "run in transition" doesn't mean it should work at a high rate there should be a rating that influences the movements.

help defense rating- ONLY FOR BIGS. 1-100
Instead of messing with settings in pause menu or whatever the bigs should have a help defense rating because again in real life that is a skill.

Example a guy like amare is always late on help defense at rim he wi rarely get their in time. But a guy like Noah,d12 will close out...

His job is to hype the game. I would take anything he or Ronnie2k says with a grain of salt until we see it in action.

• Ball going out of bounds and is going to be in our possession? Let XX (insert random CPU player here) save it... and then step out of bounds. Oh wait, that puts the ball in the opponents possession.
• 6'1" PG on my team with the ball and opposing C/PF/SF ALL in the paint? I think I should drive in and take ALL of them on at the same time even with open shooters on the perimeter...
• We deflect a pass? Let me run over to the ball... and kick it so the CPU gets back possession instead of just picking it up or letting it roll out of bounds... Of course another option is to just kick it out of bounds so we get a 2-hit combo.
• Are you defending a fast break? Let me help you out as a team mate by getting in your way and bumping you so you definitely can't get back in time to make the block/contest the shot... Oh... as a bonus, here's a "Bad Transition Defence"...
• Trying to block a shot in the paint? Better have your own PG get in between you and the shooter, bumping you away in the process, so you can't get the block...
• Trying to set a screen? Need to reposition slightly? I'll keep walking a few feet even though you just tapped (insert direction here) once so you get illegal screen called.

Here's a bunch of things that got me really annoyed in the last game I played. Some of these things happen a LOT more often than others, which ones should be obvious to anyone who plays the game.

Really though, fix these things. A lot of them have no place in a "simulation" (or even an arcade game).

Mostly MyCareer rants.
-CPU User side help defense in paint is horrible. The CPU on other side is moving. Can almost guard two people in paint at once.
-My team offense is really weird too. Lillard doesn't get the points/assist he should. He seems so passive with everything. I try to run to the corners sometimes to just like hide, and let them do what should be doing. Doesn't seem to work half the time.
-Let MyCareer be like My Association but you can only play your guy. I miss some of the options you could see in Association. In Career you never see who made 1st All D, ANY awards won, ect. Also would like to see who gets traded in the offseason or signs new contract. Instead of having to go through each team to see what happened.
-Let us just pick and choose which games we want to play. I don't wanna play every single game, but also don't want to play just Key games as they are usually the same team over and over. I want to play GSW and such, but I don't want to have to play 3 teams before them every time.
-Shooting is horrible. I get a Excellent release with A+ shot quality, and I clank is sometimes. I really don't get how that could work out that way.
-Let us create players. On 360, I'd usually make like 2-3 buddies and put them on random teams before I started my career. So I had more games that I could look forward to playing against.

i wish that 2k hires an actual designer to make menus / game graphics / half time presentation / bumpers, w/e.

You have the ability to be..........A EXPANSTION TEAM OWNER. They put the real-life rules of the expansion draft, free agency etc. and you can own, manage, coach, and play as a team.Also, create-a-player and Create-A-a team for next gen. With that, there should be a list of team names that the commentators can say in-game, along with cities. And possibly the ability to import your own logo from their website/ an app/ something like that?

Instant replays. Don't have them interrupt gameplay. Have them waiting until the next dead ball, or whatever. As it is in real life broadcasts.

So I was wondering how cool it would be if you could get team mate grades like on MyCareer. So if I want to finish up Kobe Bryant's career and make him finish as an all star probably taking scoring title for his last two seasons. Probably second All Defense team as well. I believe the layout for MyCareer(Points, Rebounds, Steals, Assists) Should pop up as soon as you player lock.
