I've been playing in, and running, online leagues for over 5-6 years between Madden and 2k.

I am free days and nights in the fall and winter as I work 6 months on (march-August) and I'm free and to a of downtime to be active. I'm active and flexible as far as rules go but I prefer longer games 8-12 minute qtrs. I used to run leagues on league daddy and love recaps of games, stories, pics, video highlights, etc.

The only caveat I have is that I am a die hard Seahawks fan. I do not use any other team. If the Seahawks are available in your league and you are looking for an active, mature player, then I am a great candidate. Message me on XBL or send a pm here on OS. I am also helping commish a league we are throwing but ours will be more slow paced with at least 2 games per week. Maybe I get in yours and you get in mine?
