BETA Roster Update v4
I have not been able to do any testing with this roster. But wanted to share.
Update is a port of the Week 1 Madden 15 Roster Update.
All Changes listed below still apply.

More Cosmetic Improvements as pointed out by Jake53
Fixed fatigue issue where some players could not recover above 50%
Adjusted Rookies Awareness and Learning Max Potential.
Adjusted Key Players Importance as well as other attributes.
Deeper philosophy adjustments with all Head Coachs, OC's and DC's
Slight adjustments to All Head Coaches Job Security Status.
Hope is no first year Head Coach will be fired, allowing them 2 maybe 3 years to build their team.
2014 Preseason Roster Update
Based entirely off of Rondo is God's Madden 25 Post Draft Update.
Special thanks to Rondo for again allowing me to use is MD25 updated roster.
He has put in countless hours in his work and I am honored to be given permission to use it.
Details -
PLAYERS -
Rondos file contains over 2600 hundred players.
Because of roster restrictions in Head Coach, a little over 2500 players where ported over.
This is a straight port of Rondos roster. Meaning no player ratings where adjusted.
Some players OVERALL Ratings will be lower then should be.
This is caused by lack of prior seasons progression.
Because of this the depth charts are locked to prevent the CPU from cuting players like Brady, Manning or Brees. Overall ratings will correct themselves at the end of the first season and depth charts will also unlock. This will nor prevent you from doing trades or signing free agents.
Adjusted players sizes. Now Linemen will be built like linemen. CB's will be slender. LB built like LB's
Currently there are NO player portrait photos. Small detail I am working on.
Coaches -
All Head Coaches, OCs and DCs have been updated or added.
Playbooks and philosophies updated.
ALL COACHES now will have the ability to reach Max Potential and Skills same as the Created Coach.
Adjusted all coaches Job Security Status. Now no coach will start the season on the hot set.
The scale works -
0 - On Hot Seat
1 - Doing a Good Job
2 - Doing A Great Job
3 - Unbelievable
First year coaches have a been adjusted to a 2.
Play off teams are adjusted to a 2
Super Bowl teams adjusted to a 3
All others a 1.
This should lower the number of coaches fired after the first season.
When looking at the default settings most all coaches where at a 1. Feed back would be appreciated as you guys complete your first and second seasons.
Adjusted Head Coaches play call philosophies. Since only a few Head Coaches actually call offensive and defensive plays I have adjusted this accordingly.
In looking at default settings most head coaches where set to call plays on both sides of the ball.
Not sure how this will effect the progress and development of OC and DCs. Will ask for feed back from you as you play.
Play calling aggression adjusted for all OC and DC to better match relief counter part.
From my understanding the aggression controls play calling in simmed games.
May wanna look back at this if certain stats seem inflated.
Something goofy I adjusted - added ball cap to created coach.
Now your created coach where's your teams cap on the sidelines. Only tested with a few different created coaches. But confirmed on coach 28 and lower.
Please provide feedback on any player skin tone issues.

Uploading Instructions -
On Head Coach create a roster save on your USB flash drive
After creating plug usb flash drive into pc
Open Horizon, Horizon should auto detect your flash drive
On the right side of Horizon you should see flash drive
Under game - Head Coach - Your Roster Save
Click on your roster save and new window opens
Click on Content - Then right click on your roster save - click replace - select the new roster update - then save, rehash and resign botton
Plug usb flash back into xbox under "My Coach" then "FILE MANAGEMENT" load roster save.
