I'm not sure if this has been announced yet but Gabe tweeted me that the fans will have cold weather gear in CFM.

hopefully that means that the same repetitive camera man finally puts some damn warm clothes on too

I like the new unis we saw, but I just don't understand why we can't use a city, team name, logos and colors of our choice. Why must EA limit us so?

Has there been any info for being a player? Most of the info seems to be for owner mode.

Just that the camera angles will be position specific. Example given was playing DE from a DE perspective.

Plenty of other games have already filled a whole disc. Would be nice if UT just wasn't on the physical version at all and was just an online interface or something extra you downloaded since you have to be online already to play it.

What games fill whole discs? The only ones I can even think of are made by Naughty Dog. This isn't 1997; disc size isn't an issue these days.

Unrelated, I watched the livestream or at least most of it, and I'm a bit more jazzed for this. I was obviously going to buy it anyway, but I'm excited to see some of these in video. I eagerly await getting to put my hands on the game. Hopefully I actually have some time to play it. :-|

Only thing for me was that Cutler and Forte weren't starting. Gabe tweeted me that he didn't go back to check but said they were either injured or traded. Why would they be traded? I hope they were hurt

I'm hoping they were injured. I am a huge bear fan and follow the team very closely and there is no way the bears would trade those two for anything in the near future.

They briefly touched on it around the 59 minute mark I think, but nothing more than the defensive cam being the primary angle to start with and that the progression of confidence training and drills can still be performed even if you're a free agent. I would have liked to hear more as well, since it's all I really play. Given the new changes though, coach mode by be a lot less stale, I just prefer the tempo of using a player, especially only having a few hours a week to play the game.

The stream was just ok. CFM looks the same. Game prep could be cool but the whole look of CFM, the menus, the fake twitter, its really stale. I knew something was going on when it took so long to get CFM news. I hope we get an overall haul next year. Not being able to edit draft classes is such a drag.

I am fairly certain they were traded. They mentioned multiple times that they "improved the AI trade logic so they trade more"

That is a recipe for disaster. Trades are not common in the NFL. The bad AI roster management is a large reason why NBA 2k's GM mode was not received well and I fear that the same may happen to Madden.
