So is there a way we can combine what everybody's doing? im new to doing rosters on ps4 but I know on ps3 u could use a edit tool and combine other ppl's rosters with yours??? is that even possiable on ps4?


I was just curious how this was all gonna work if we have 2 ppl per division how we would combine everybody's work together into one roster... because far as I know the edit tool dosen't work on ps4.

It's going to work exactly how the old NCAA Football roster files were all created. One person starts by editing the ratings for a subset of the teams first; example, I start by editing the entire NFC East. I then post the file to my EA Locker. You then download my file, re-rate the entire NFC West, and post that new file to your EA Locker, which I then download to update the base file.

Basically we play hot potato with the roster file until it is done. If there's an external save editor for PS4 game saves that would be fantastic, but as far as I know that doesn't exist.

I would suggest getting people you know and trust will get the roster done correctly. There was a similar project done last year. Upon reviewing it, I found boosted ratings, and lots of work not completed or done half ***. I plan on doing this roster, and I would be happy to help with yours, conditional on the screening done to assemble an honest, competent team. Done right, these rosters could completely change the game in a good way. Done wrong, and these rosters become a time consuming disaster.

I agree I've done these before on ps3 and im doing them right now for 25... on ps4 I don't try to boost any kind of stats I just put done what's in the ratings for that player.


I also agree with getting ppl u trust I've done rosters for madden the last 4 or 5 yr's and im known for them... last yr I asked for help and the guy I asked to help tried taking the whole thing over ... then he was taking days to post them... so I took the project back over and that was last time I asked for any kind of help.


right now I have 5 teams done on 25 for ps4... plus 4 u done cm... its taken me 3 days to get 5 teams done plus I have most other teams half way done.


I have the afc north done working on afc east.

I was wondering if ya'll plan to import/export players from madden 25 to madden 15 - or if all rosters will have to be re-edited brand new for Madden 2015 ?

u can't import/export on ps4 the edit tool doesn't work so u have to do it all by hand that's why we was wanting to get like 8-10 ppl and one person takes one divison cm would do the nfc east... then post the file the next guy does nfc north etc etc passing it off until all divison's are done.

Can you print the ratings on paper, or would we have to look at the cpu screen to get the ratings ?

You could print them out but that be a lot of paper counting u have 53 pieces of paper per team per division.

I'm doing them on 25 right now only have NFC East done cm did that and I have AFC east, north done and working on AFC west now have broncos done been working on it for 2 weeks.

I just use the website and input the ratings in that way.

I have the NFC North, West, Saints, Bucs, Eagles, and Bills completed as well as the top 50 QB chart from FBG website. I should be able to finish the entire NFC by this week, but I'm contemplating whether or not to finish them since M15 is around the corner. The updates are from the re-vamped rosters from July 30th to now.

It's actually a lot more, because to use the roster for CFM, you would have to do the free agents. That is another 400 players at least.

That said, I'm very interested to see if the formularies have changed for calculating the OVR as they have every year. If that is the case, the roster would only be good for play now, until the rosters are rerated by DCEBB.

if u do all the FA's though that would throw off the salary cap of every team in your cfm.


in the roster I did for ps3 just a reg one once I had all the transactions done etc.... I went into a cfm.... looked at the rosters and salary cap and there was a bunch of teams in the minus and not by a lil a LOT.


and there was others who was on the plus side but then only had like 760k and that's not a lot if u trying to sign ppl in a cfm either during or after esp rookies.


and this was with a edited rosters with new contracts in it that I had a guy add in using the edit tool. u cant use one those on ps4 or xbox one.


but like I said 15 will prob have the updated contracts etc but when u are adding guys onto teams that say have huge contracts to just edit them that takes it out on the salary cap so u take hit signing and then a cap hit by releasing them.
