Re: NBA 2K15 MyLEAGUE Interview
Should I or somebody else make a real MyLEAGUE thread to post our future plans inside the mode itself? Not sure if it feels right to post them in this interview thread.

They haven't gotten to their news about online leagues or the new "Crew"-type mode. Just be patient, news will be posted eventually.Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 MyLEAGUE Interview
This all sounds very promising, as a mode. The one thing I hope will also be changed is how players are valued. In previous 2k's, it seemed it was 'solely' based on ratings, age and contract. The current play didn't really matter, which is weird, I feel. If I somehow manage to average 20/10/4 with Jonny Flynn, for instance, I feel his player and trade value would have to increase greatly, although he still may be rated somewhere in the 60sComment

This is why I want in season progression. If my guy averages 15 ppg, 5 assists and 3 rebounds and shot above his career average (or season average up till that point) I would like to see attribute bonuses. The bonuses will become permanent if I continue that pace throughout the season.
Wouldn't it be cool to see something like: Andrew wiggins, overall 80 (+3). His base overall would be 77, but since he is playing well, certain attributes are higher and his overall gets a +3 for it. Which would increase his value in trades. Etc.
If he keeps it up for the season, that becomes permanent, so in the start of the offseason, his overall starts at a base of 80, plus his progression, and then you can do a training camp to help him get betterComment

How about you guys just wait for news about online and let the offline guys enjoy the news.Comment

So does this mean PC/360/PS3 are stuck with the current association with no upgrades whatsoever?Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 MyLEAGUE Interview
I don't see that in the post. But even if that's the case, could you really want lame them for deciding to focus all their development time on the new generation instead of focusing on an old system?Comment

Re: NBA 2K15 MyLEAGUE Interview
While I applaud the 2K Devs for communicating with us on here, I am very frustrated after reading the interview.
Enough with spin already. All this is, is offline association returning (sure plus a small few "new" settings we can now tweak). Hardly a revolution there.
I thought I paid $399 for a "next-gen" system. This feature set sounds like not even "current-gen". I may as well had just bought a PS2.
When I first read the new title "MyLeague", I immediately thought this was going to be 2K's response to Madden's CFM all-in-one approach.
Speaking of EA, Madden has the same exact development cycle as 2K yet they carried over all of their features to the "next-gen". Why are we giving 2K some kind of pass? I bought a "next-gen" system anticipating more, certainly not less. Again
This is a big disappointment if this is not online
I applaud 2K devsComment

I said I'd stop saying it, but I guess some people just don't want to see the work that was put into it, unless you don't consider everything added besides the sliders "work".Eleftherios "Leftos" Aslanoglou

Re: NBA 2K15 MyLEAGUE Interview
I'm sorry, but no. Injuries, gameplan, all new prospect scouting (that we haven't even gone in depth about) and a plethora of other Franchise features (common between MyGM and MyLEAGUE) that we'll discuss in a future announcement, are all new features that were added.
I said I'd stop saying it, but I guess some people just don't want to see the work that was put into it, unless you don't consider everything added besides the sliders "work".
Leftos,
I thank you for even engaging me directly. I am truly honored no doubt.
Respectfully, I really really hope to hear the magic words, ONLINE Assocciation or ONLINE MyLeague.
Even if the old online leagues are brought back in some way, it should not be at the expense of Online Association.Comment
