Having an issue, when I put a roster on a formatted usb in USB Xplorer, they show up. When I go to look on the xbox 360, only the default roster from the game shows up. When I put the usb back ino the PC, all of the hacked rosters show up. anyone know whats happening?

Does anyone know the offset number for legends you've added to your created team?

I was able to find some legend information starting at offset 00208730. But those are just the legends' names and NFL playing history.

I'm trying to do a full edit of some legends on my created team, and to do that, I need to find the offset numbers where their player data is stored.

I found where the legends on your created teams are stored!

They begin at offset 843E0.

The reason I wasn't seeing them before is because they have no facial structure, so there's a long string of 0000s where their facial structure should be.

This was the one major roadblock I had hit, so now I will be able to complete my 8-team playable NFL roster!

To clarify from the previous post:

Legends on your created teams are scattered among the rest of the generics on your created teams. You can recognize a legend from a generic because the legends have a long string of 0000000000s where their facial structure should be.

ALSO

I think I found where "free agent" legends are stored on the roster file!

First one is at offset: 9DDB0



It starts with QBs, and then gradually goes through all the other legends position by position.

How come I can only create 2 teams where generics are able to be edited and given abilities? If i make any more than two, the generics dont duplicate in the editor

Im making my own rosters using the apf editor and when i save them it says i have to re-sign them for them to work on my xbox, does anyone know what this means or know how to re-sign? thanks

Modio is used to rehash and resign a roster file after you've made changes to the file. You have to do that every time you make changes, otherwise, the roster file won't show up in the game.

In Modio, all you have to do is hit "Open Save," load your "ROSTER.ROS" file, and then hit "Rehash and Resign."

Thanks for the info... Its just that with a 2 yr old finding the time is at issue. Since im new to all the additional items needed, on its face it looks pretty involved. Thats why i posted re: having someone already familiar help me out.. But thx again. Ill see if i can fit this in. How long does it take to complete all steps?

Once you do it a time or two - you can complete a team in an hour (includes making 20 NFL players). Tell us what team you are looking for and we may be able to get you a file you can download from PC and then transfer to the 360 (that would take about 5 minutes).

can i take an exiting file like the ratesports roster and re-edit them. I downloaded that file and want to update them.
I doont have xbox yet, I just want ot know if I can edit those files before I make a purchase

Im pretty open. If someone has recreated the NFL teams Id be fine with that, college... Let me ask this. Ive already created 8 custom teams. Am i able to edit the rest of the default teams and keep my 8? Thats what i ultimately want to do. Also, if i was to give the editing a shot myself am i able to edit all players on every team including the team? Forgive me if question sounds silly but that just shows how much i dont know.... Lastly do i have to mod my 360???
